[Field Report] Measures for Exhaust Odor at a Food Processing Company's Liquid Processing Plant

We would like to introduce a case study on the deodorizing effect of our deodorant (Yume Shota SH200) as a measure against exhaust odors from a food processing company's liquid processing plant. First, we extended the existing air duct with an aluminum flexible duct to extract the odor, and at the end of the aluminum flexible duct, we installed a deodorizing spray box (demo unit). In this case, the original odor was strong, so we tried the deodorant (Yume Shota SH200) diluted at 400 times, successfully reducing the unpleasant odor. Intense odors were emanating from the ventilation pipes of the wastewater treatment equipment. Although there were no residential areas nearby and no complaints about the odor, they wanted to implement odor control measures. Since this garbage collection site is one of the largest in China, they sought to improve the environment for visitors and employees.
